KC CONDO
This condominium refresh included the basics such as new paint, new and refinished wood floors throughout. The standout feature of this renovation is the stunning glass stair railing, leading you through the 3 floors of the condominium which are beautifully accented by the homeowner’s private art collection.
New accent lighting fixtures were added in the kitchen, sitting area and master bath. The kitchen included new cabinetry, flooring, quartz countertop with full height backsplash and waterfall edge peninsula. New appliances were selected by the homeowner to complete the design.
